Legora at ILTACON and The Outlawyer
Conference production, brand experience, and hospitality in Nashville.
Freeborn Productions supported Legora's ILTACON and The Outlawyer program in Nashville in August 2026, bringing production planning, staffing, suppliers, and on-site logistics together across a busy event week.
The production challenge
A conference presence and an off-site experience need to work as one program. For Legora, that meant coordinating activity at Gaylord Opryland with The Outlawyer at Nashville Palace, while making room for product demonstrations, meetings, executive hospitality, and evening programming.
Each setting had its own schedule, suppliers, staffing needs, and guest experience. The production work connected those moving parts so the teams responsible for each activity could prepare around a shared plan.
Freeborn's role
Production planning, site visits, schedules, and run-of-show coordination.
Coordination across creative, construction, rental, hospitality, and event suppliers.
Staffing plans and operational coverage for conference and off-site activities.
Guest logistics, catering coordination, and on-site production support.
Post-event supplier follow-up and production closeout.
How the program came together
The planning documents connected conference activity, meeting spaces, team assignments, and off-site hospitality. Separate production schedules gave suppliers and staff the details they needed for setup, live activity, and breakdown.
Freeborn worked alongside Legora's team and specialist production partners. The work required coordination between the brand experience guests would see and the operational details needed to deliver it.
What this project demonstrates
The completed program brought conference activity and a distinct off-site brand experience into the same event week. It demonstrates Freeborn's ability to support an event that spans venues, teams, and production disciplines, from planning through on-site delivery and closeout.
For brands planning a conference presence with an executive dinner, customer gathering, or activation alongside it, the useful starting point is one connected brief: who each experience serves, what it needs to achieve, and how the schedules and responsibilities fit together.
